DIRECTIONS:
Please note, parking in some places around Bang Bang Pie is metered or by residential permit only-- the best parking options are west and South of Bang Bang Pie.
-- From the Write Inn by car: take Oak Park Ave North 2.3 miles to Grand/Fullerton (there will be a slight jog to the east at North Ave, stay heading north and you will stay on Oak Park), Take Fullerton/Grand East about 4.7 miles to California, take California South about 5 blocks to Bang Bang.
-- From the Write Inn via public transit, take the Green Line towards Ashland/63 for 13 stops, get off at Clark and Lake and transfer to the Blue Line towards OHare. To transfer to the Blue Line you have to go below ground. Take the Blue Line towards OHare for 6 stops and exit at the California stop. Walk South on California to Bang Bang.
-- From the Loop via public transit: Take the blue line towards Ohare and exit at
California, walk south to Bang Bang.
-- From the Loop via car: Take 1-90/94 W approx 5 miles to exit 47-A, for W Fullerton, turn left onto Fullerton once you exit the freeway. Take Fullerton west 1.2 miles to California. Take California south to Bang Bang.
-- From Scott and Lindsay's by car: take Kedzie south 2.7 miles to Fullerton, Fullerton East 0.5 mile to California, and California south about 5 blocks to Bang Bang (on the East side of the street at Dickens.)
-- From Scott and Lindsay's via public transit: Walk west on Wilson to Kimball, take the Kimball bus (82) south approx. 2 miles, get off at the Belmont stop. Cross the street and enter the underground train station; take the blue line towards Forest Park, exit at the second stop, California. Exit the train station and head south on California to Bang Bang.
-- If staying in the O'Hare area, you can take the Blue Line towards Forest Park at Rosemont for 10 stops and exit at California, or I-190/I-90 East to exit 46-A for California, and take California south approx 1 mile to Bang Bang.
